Spaghetti with soyaballs

Sometimes do just have a craving for something? Well I did and I solved it by making this incredible dish of spaghetti and soya-balls. I was watching a video of pasta and then I just wanted some spaghetti with meatballs, but I'm a vegetarian(I eat eggs though) and so I replaced meatballs with soya-balls.This is my recipe but you can add less or more spices according to how you want you spaghetti.
For the spaghetti-
-4 cups water
-1 tbsp salt
For the soya-
-1 cup soya chunks
-3 cups water
For the spicy tomato sauce-
-3 tomatoes pureed and cooked
-4 tbsp finely chopped onion
-2 garlic cloves
-2 tbsp olive oil
-2 tsp Italian seasoning or 3 finely chopped fresh basil leaves
-2 tsp chilli flakes
-2 tsp ground pepper
-2 tsp salt
Boil the spaghetti in water seasoned with salt( it should taste like sea water) for about 15 minutes.
While the spaghetti is boiling take a cup of soya chunks and boil it in a large vessel for about 5 minutes and then drain it and rinse the chunks under cold water for 2-3 minutes.
In a saucepan at low heat add olive oil and crush the garlic cloves by chopping them or by using a garlic press.Stir it and cook till you can smell the garlic.
Add the chilli flakes and ground pepper(I know you must be thinking that we should put the chilli flakes and the pepper at the end but I find this gives it the most flavour).
Add the chopped onions and cook till the onions have become translucent.
Add the cooked tomato puree and stir.If you find that your sauce is too thick you can add some of the water that the pasta boiled in, if so then don't add salt as the pasta water will be very salty.
Add the Italian seasoning or basil and salt( if you din't put the pasta water)
Drain your spaghetti after it is cooked and add it to your sauce. Give it a gentle toss till the sauce has covered the spaghetti like a blanket.
Serve hot and you can garnish it with some fresh basil and cherry tomatoes.
