Day in a life with Rai!
Yesterday I decided to record my whole day by clicking photos and making video clips to post of my blog so you can see what I do in a day!
Here's what I did-
1)I woke up pretty late at 9:30 and then brushed my teeth, oh yes they are squeaky clean.
Then I washed my face and changed into a cute outfit! I wanted to do something different and fun with my hair so I tied it up in a Jasmine braid.-
2)I then had a peanut butter protein smoothie (cover photo) and made a delicious breakfast of a cinnamon roll bake (usually I would have something healthy like an egg bruschetta, coconut chocolate protein bars or a smoothie bowl) but today I just craved something sweet like dessert but wanted it to be easy, so I made cinnamon roll breakfast bake(yum).I also made a video of me making this delicious breakfast!Click the link to see the video!-
Recipe-cinnamon roll breakfast bake
1/2 cup light brown sugar
1/2 cup melted butter
2 teaspoons of cinnamon powder
3 bread slices
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon milk
2/3 cup powdered sugar
Mix together the melted butter, brown sugar and cinnamon and apply it on the bread slices(you can just have the toast like this but I wanted to take it up a notch)!
Tear up the bread into small pieces
Beat 1 egg and vanilla extract together and pour over the bread mixture
Pour this bread pudding mixture into a oven safe tin and bake of 5 minutes
While the bake is baking combine 1 tablespoon of milk with powdered sugar, add some vanilla and a sprinkle of cinnamon.
Once baked drizzle the amazing glaze over the bake(you can record it in slow motion for a totally satisfying drizzle)!
5)Then I decided to do some creative work by working on my bullet journal-
6)Later I worked on this blog a little and caught up with my friends
7)I went down to one of my favourite lunches (veg soya biryani-recipe on rwolrd.online on Instagram-
8)After lunch I did an inspiration hunt by watching some good blog ideas on YouTube and got some bullet journal inspiration-
9)-I had a delicious mixed berry sorbet (blended up fruits with honey and then frozen) which I made the day before.-
10)My grandmother delicious dinner of rot i(Indian flatbread), beetroot subzi (vegetables cooked with spices) and a salad
12)After dinner I spends some time with my grandparents and we played with shadows on their bedroom wall-
13)I got ready for bed by taking a nice warm shower washing my face and then applying moisturiser(self care is self love)!
14)I had a glass of protein rich malt milk before bed and brushed my teeth again(yes, they were squeaky clean)!
15)I read a book and slept!
