B.O.T.W(open the post to find out which book I read)!

On this post I will be sharing a book that makes waking up for me worth it.If you have not checked my previous posts this week note that the theme or the week is productive mornings so everything this week will be related to this. Also note that on this book there will be more posters and images as I want you all to have fun while reading it.The book of the week is...................Miracle Morning by Hal Elrod. There is a lot that I learnt from this book but on this post I will be sharing the most important points from the book.



Hal Elrod has been through a lot like cancer and a terrible road accident( during the accident his heart stopped beating for 6 minutes, broke 11 bones, and eventually woke from a coma to be told by doctors that he would never walk again) but he had perseverance and a never giving up attitude and here he is writing best selling books.


On of the most important part of this routine was a morning ritual with the acronym-S.A.V.E.R.S and it helped me create a morning routine for me. This poster explains this in detail-

My experience with this-

You can customise your morning routine to fit your goals and what you want to do, for me I did a 30 minute dance cardio( more fun then normal cardio) and made a bullet journal which I fill in every day( yes, yes the update is coming soon). I also made a mood board( mentioned in my inspiring workspaces post-https://www.rworld.online/post/inspiring-workspaces). Making my morning routine more fun and creative made it easier to wake up early. I also made a fun breakfast of a pancake tray cake one day and also made homemade soda bread which I had with strawberry jam and butter.As part of my morning affirmations I am telling my self talk. I have included a poster below for the benefits of telling a self talk everyday. I will be posting more on self talks and what they are later.-
